Freedom Care Group is a leading NDIS support services provider.
We are leading NDIS services provider with the aim of being the employer of
choice in in NSW. With a collective clinical experience of over 200 years in Allied Health services, we are committed to the provision of high-quality NDIS services across Australia. On November 30, 2023 Freedom Care Group (FCG:AX) became an ASX publicly listed company.

Our practices are driven by family-centred principles and evidence-based best practice, fostering natural community inclusion and quality management through the key worker model. Our services are designed to ensure that NDIS participants and families are well informed, have choices, and are supported in their decisions. At present, we are producing more than 6500 support hours per week across NSW including regional NSW with a limited footprint in VIC. In 2024, We are aiming at initiating our footprints in QLD & SA, and expanding our operation in VIC.

We started small, with a handful of clients and a commitment to providing personalized, compassionate care. But as word of our services spread, we quickly grew into the trusted provider we are today. Our dedication to excellence and commitment to putting our clients first has allowed us to expand our services across all over Australia, and we are now proud to be one of the most respected and sought-after NDIS providers.
