Our SLES services aim to support and prepare young adults with disabilities to transition from school to employment, helping them gain the skills and experience they need to enter the workforce.
Our SLES services are designed to be flexible and tailored to the individual needs of each participant. We work closely with our clients to identify their skills, interests, and goals, and provide them with a range of training and development opportunities, including vocational skills training, work experience, and job coaching. We also provide support with resume writing, interview skills, and job searching, helping our clients to develop the necessary skills and confidence to find and maintain employment.
